Mrs. Cecilia Edström (Sweden)

Cecilia is an experienced executive and board professional, with a broad international background from various management positions in the Life Science, telecommunications and automotive industries, as well as banking. Her most recent executive position was as CEO of Bactiguard AB, a Swedish, Nasdaq listed mid-cap MedTech company focusing on infection prevention. She also has CFO, Business development/Corporate relations/Communications experience from listed and private companies.

Her professional experience ranges from strategy, business development, finance, sales and corporate finance to communications, crisis management, public affairs, marketing and sustainability. She is a Board member of A3P Biomedical AB, Flerie Invest AB and Neonode Inc. and have previously served on the boards of Bactiguard AB, Megafon (Russian telecom operator) and BE Group AB.

She is passionate about driving sustainable change through strategic management and internal engagement, as well as helping senior executives and  entrepreneurs lead with confidence, influence and impact to scale-up their business.
